The GURU® DL2.1 Plug protects diesel electric locomotives when the engine is turned off by continuously monitoring cooling system water temperature and automatically draining the system before freezing occurs. For passenger cars, the GURU PC® Valve protects potable water systems serving toilets and galleys when the car heat is turned off during layovers or locomotive switches. The valve monitors ambient temperature and automatically drains the system before freeze damage can occur. 



Because ThermOmegaTech® valves operate without electricity, controls, or external power, they continue protecting systems even during power interruptions. Their simple, self-actuating design helps prevent cracked piping, damaged equipment, and service disruptions.
