Serrmi Products, LLC, a leader in the manufacturing of enclosures and structural solutions for the rail, data, and utility sectors, announced today it has acquired all assets of Modern Manufacturing, formerly a subsidiary of Modern Rail Systems and Stacy and Witbeck.

This new acquisition complements Serrmi's existing portfolio of companies, including J&A Industries—renowned for its railroad signal structures such as multi-ladder platforms and cantilevers—and Thorco, a wire product specialist with manufacturing facilities in Pittsburg, Kansas, and Atlanta, Georgia. Together, the companies create a vertically integrated network capable of serving a broad spectrum of customer needs in transportation, telecommunications, and power distribution.

Modern Manufacturing, now operating as a division of Serrmi Products, will continue to design and produce high-quality aluminum equipment enclosures and custom-fabricated metal products from its advanced 50,000-square-foot facility in Eudora, Kansas.

The acquisition signals Serrmi's ongoing investment in domestic manufacturing and its commitment to delivering high-performance products that support critical infrastructure projects nationwide.
