Celebrating Mentors
Honorees will be featured in Progressive Railroading’s Daily News in late April, and winners will also be highlighted in the magazine’s June print edition with a profile and headshot. This recognition offers a unique opportunity to showcase their contributions to the rail industry and inspire others.
What Makes a Standout Nomination?
- Specific examples of mentorship in action
- Positive influence on mentees and the organization
- Nominees must be involved in an established mentorship program through their employer or professional organization
Guidelines for Submission
- Must be submitted by the nominee’s employer or professional association
- Limit of three nominations per organization
- Submit a brief description (up to 500 words) of the mentor’s contributions
