We encourage you to nominate a standout individual for Progressive Railroading's Rising Stars 2025! If you know someone under 40*, who is making a significant impact in their company, department, or team, and is viewed as a rising star in the rail industry, now is the time to nominate them.
To submit a nomination, simply complete the survey and provide a detailed statement explaining how the nominee goes above and beyond to make a difference in the railroad industry.
Nominees will be considered based on their contributions to railroading, career achievements, leadership, education, training, and professional association activity or community involvement.

Winners Recognition
Progressive Railroading will select 25 Rising Stars and publish their profiles in the magazine's September issue. In addition, the Rising Stars of 2025 will be honored during a virtual celebration on July 23.
