Every day, women across rail’s landscape drive real impact and shape our industry's future by finding solutions, driving innovation and shaping – even reshaping – enterprise culture at all levels of an organization. That's why we're excited to introduce Women of Influence in Rail: a program that recognizes the value of dynamic, influential women across our industry.

Railroads and rail industry businesses may nominate their Women of Influence through December 31 in one of five distinct categories: Innovation, Leadership, Mentorship, Technology and Sustainability. Progressive Railroading will feature your organization's nominations of women you know who are making a difference in these essential areas.

Through your submissions, we'll be able to highlight the stories and accomplishments of women making a tangible difference in rail while fostering a stronger and more inclusive industry for everyone. Their stories will be shared as part of an Women's History Month celebration next March as well as an interactive virtual event taking place next Spring.
