Your business is important to me, consequently I want to make it as easy as possible for you to communicate with Progressive Railroading. This is especially important when using email. Due to security precautions in place for your protection, specific systems block your emails and attachments from getting to us.

Here’s a quick summary of the situation and steps you can take to ensure your emails and attachments remain secure and get to us.

What’s happening: Many email systems are blocking emails that include attachments that are in the old Microsoft file formats: .xls, .doc, .ppt
Why it happens: This is due to significant security concerns that are inherent to those formats.
What to look for: When sending emails using these old file formats to us, you will receive a bounce-back message that looks like this:

How to fix it: There are three ways you can send your documents, attachments, and materials to us.

1. These formats were updated in 2007, so any version of the MS applications after that (2007 version and later) will allow your files to be converted and delivered via email. Simply open your file and use the Save As command into the new file formats, which are: .xlsx, .docx, .pptx
2. Send us PDF files instead
3. Upload your documents, attachments, and materials to https://tradepress.com/uploads/file/
