Rising Stars Nomination Deadline Is This Friday Time is running out if you want to nominate an individual for Progressive Railroading's Rising Stars program. The nomination deadline is this Friday, February 19. Progressive Railroading defines a rising star as someone under the age of 40 who has made, or is making, a positive impact on his or her company, organization, department or team, and is viewed by others — peers, colleagues, supervisors, clients, associates — as a rising star in the rail industry.
